The hardware here is very chincy and does not give a solid feel of locking. Very poor hardware. Also have three 6x4 sliding windows. All three are very hard to slide. They are too heavy and the bottom track, I think is poorly designed. The only Anderson windows I like are the casements of which I have a many. Next house will do Pella, if needed..
