I tried converting inside Doplhin emulator, but it gave me a warning message which said "can only convert nkit to nkit"., if anyone had problems like me with getting the .wbfs files to work on their wii here are the steps download the file click rename on the game file and copy the full text, numbers and the [ ] delete the letters and the [ ] only leaving the numbers but do not delete the .wbfs part. example of what the game file should look like RD4EA4.wbfs, It's a command line tool. Also remove nkit from the name of the iso file. And I had the same problem with iso, unitil I found there is a setting in wiibackup manager that converts iso into wbfs. If not, just do it manually and use wiiflow so that you don’t have to convert to wbfs., If you grab the NKit tools, you can convert it to an ISO. I don't believe that it supports going directly in to a WBFS file yet. You can then use Wii Backup Manager to put them on to your drive of choice, and it'll convert them to WBFS (and split them up as needed).
