Why is walmart not 24 hours anymore

The Walmart neighborhood markets were at one point, but since they are a “Walmart” I guess it was different from regular grocery stores :/ my home town had quite a few 24hr grocery stores that weren’t Walmart markets but I don’t know if they even have any there now after the shutdown.
