And there are more esoteric interpretations of what "weaponization of the self/soul" could mean. It's pretty cool honestly, Heart is by no means a lame aspect as OP seems to think. It's primarily a result of the fact that the main characters are all around 13 years old, resulting in a fanbase comprised heavily of young teenagers. You can imagine how people might become very easily annoyed with the fanbase, and the comic by association. Homestuck fans are like any other group of overzealous fans. Don't read it for the ending, read it for reading it. If you enjoy it, keep reading, and if you don't, stop. This.
