Has nothing to do with what spec, Crit is your 2nd stat behind Willpower right now, regardless. Especially as Deception where your melee strikes consume a larger percentage of your priorities.Nov 17, 2019 · You can remove it once you have two charges. The double mez you can use to get your team past mobs, and the once that makes your discharge an AOE is useful for Adds situation, then the other one that boast your vaulting slash, for boss fights. It reduces the damage received WHEN the shield procs by 4%. The base shield of 5% only applies to 'premium' (green) shields. Blues are 10% and I think the purples are 15 or 20%. He didn't even use his evasion.
