I've confirmed it by turning on the the monitors own FPS counter while using the Pendulum G Sync demo. When I have no vsync on my refresh rate stays at 144. When I have gsync on the fps counter changes numbers ...This all goes away by selecting G-Sync off. Also second screen is not G-Sync certified but was/is working with RTX 2060 Super even with newest drivers.
