So I picked up this pre workout called SoCal Supplements "Wild Fire" at the supplement store today. In a single scoop, this stuff has 100mg DMAA, 200mg DMHA, AND 350mg of caffeine. I'm a fucking idiot, so I just went straight in with a full scoop... A little background. I'm definitely not a newb when it comes to stims.Eh, not POSITIVE, but that sounds like a myth to me. Water should help carry nutrients to your blood/muscles. I would always try to be as hydrated as possible before a workout (and after, lol). For me, I usually just use about 4 ounces for my preworkout. (BC I already drink a lot of water outside of that.)So I've taken alot of dmaa back when it was legal and tried dmha later on. Personally Didn't like it man, it felt way less effective and kept me awake. DMAA was were it was at for pre workout. Btw neither of these drugs causes me to have any euphoria, nor could I see them for any recreational value.
