I like Psi Ops. 2 runs gives me enough umbral energy to focus one of those high stat seasonal armor and I'm trying to get the weapon patterns for the seasonal rewards too. The 2 chests give you a good amount of stuff for an activity that's pretty quick. It's a good way to pass time if I'm not doing anything else. 1..

The economy for the weapons, umbral engrams and runic energy is very well balanced I think. With the right insight upgrades, in 3 PsiOps runs, you can get 9 runic energy and immediately focus your chosen weapon.
